Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and program management across Painted Brain’s community-based behavioral health programs. This role ensures that services delivered by staff and peer support specialists are trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and aligned with ethical and professional standards. The Clinical Supervisor supports staff through consultation, coaching, and case discussions, while also leading program planning, outreach strategy, and implementation of activities designed to achieve measurable participant outcomes. Licensed Therapist

The Licensed Therapist provides trauma-informed case management, clinical assessment, care coordination, and behavioral health support to individuals navigating mental health challenges, housing instability, justice system involvement, and substance use recovery. Peer Support Specialist

Under the supervision of the Peer Supervisor the Peer Support Specialists will support the California Reinvestment Grant “CRG” and other PB programs as needed. CRG is a forensic treatment program intended to provide psychotherapy, case management, peer counseling, peer support groups, therapeutic art groups, and collaborative community-based mental health services to combat mental health and employment barriers for individuals who have been impacted by the criminal justice system and are experiencing mental health challenges. The Peer Support Specialist will be expected to work with individuals, families, and groups, providing outreach and non-clinical forensic treatment services and/or emotional support through various modalities such as 1:1 peer support sessions, group sessions, and sessions hosted in person, by telephone and/or online.
